Architect Designed Homes
The process is as per the Turnkey Designed Homes, however this purchase option offers you the option of personally selecting the architect you would prefer to work with, choosing from the list of accredited architects on the estate.
Sectional Title Homes
Ideal for the purchaser looking for cheaper land cost and the convenience of sectional title living. A sectional title scheme often also comes with its own shared facilities, such as a pool & community centre.
