Development Cost Estimate
A key part of the STEDONE HOMES service offering is a FREE UPFRONT DEVELOPMENT COST ESTIMATE. This free service is available to any prospective client, as well as Estate Accredited Architects, who wish to offer their clients a value added service. It is:
- Done before any plans are drawn up.
- An open and transparent method for clients to assess the real cost of completing their home.
- A way of establishing the clients budget upfront and ensuring that all add-ons and finishes are considered before the actual building process starts.

Our design division focuses on providing architectural and interior design services and operates from the Design Centre, which is a “one stop shop”. This is a comfortable environment where clients can interact with an Architect, Interior Designer and a Home Development Consultant all under one roof.
